What exactly is a project manager?  What is a personal assistant?

Project Managers and Personal assistants give individualized help in the home, office and private business spheres.   One thing for sure, project managers and personal assistants are not secretaries!  They are quite different!  An administrative assistant works in a office and they usually have a 4-year degree and must be proficient in all MS office applications, so to speak.

Project managers and personal assistants are everywhere and do not limit themselves to administrative procedures only!   Sometimes a project manager or personal assistant may work out of someone's home, or maybe they work at their own home or travel.   It depends on the client's need.  Not only do they provide helpful time saving tasks, but they also are responsible for having a greater knowledge and access to things!  It's like combining personal assistance with concierge services.  Project managers and personal assistants have a strong work ethic, self-disciplined, and an ability to multi-task under pressure.  They build strong, lasting relationships with their clients.   A good personal assistant will be able to give you references.

In order for a project manager or personal assistant to do their job well, they must apply excellent organizational skills, tact, diplomacy, effective communication skills, maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters and display excellent judgment.   The best project manager or  personal assistant steps outside the box and focuses on the clients needs whether the needs are  short or long term.   They cheerfully run errands, garden, house sit, run reports, help the handi-capped as well as plan and organize a fund raiser!   It's all about the client's needs.

Ease Your Mind is focused on providing service to those who have no time or interest to get those "little things" out of the way.  You know, the ones that prevent you from enjoying life.   As long as those "things" are hanging over your head, you will be less productive and more frustrated. I know first hand how easy it is to get caught up in this busy world, that is why I chose to build my business in this area.

Life is too short to be overwhelmed and frustrated over things that you CAN control.  Whatever project (big or small) my clients can count on credibility, experience and trust, backed up with a great big smile!  When utilizing Ease Your Mind you will have time to enjoy your family and your life, your mind will be eased with relaxation and peace of mind.   Different people, different lifestyles, different jobs....your life is filled sometimes with too many busy things.  Whatever your need, call me.  Let's talk about what would really help you out!

"I could not, at any age, be content to take my place by the fireside and simply look on. Life was meant to be lived. Curiosity must be kept alive. One must never, for whatever reason, turn his back on life"~Eleanor Roosevelt

I am a life long resident of Berrien County, MI.   I grew up in Sawyer, Michigan with my parents and 4 siblings, the youngest of 5 children. Graduating from high school,I enlisted in the US Army WACS, Special Forces, Ft Bragg, NC specializing in military administration. Otherwise, don't make a mistake and do it quick! Shortly after, I was married and was truly blessed with my two beautiful daughters, Kathi and Rina.  They in turn, gave me 6 grandchildren and I am just so blessed I can't believe it!  My husband, Scott, is a constant in my life.   He is also my best friend.   My 90-year old mother reminds me to never, never quit!   My 25 year career in the transportation industry was with Central Transport as a supervisor for Ford Motor distribution plants, and Yellow Transportation.  I began my career with Yellow as a part time billing clerk, promoted to a outbound supervisor,  national customer relations manager and executive account manager. There comes a time in one's life where you need to move on, and that's what I did.   I was offered a great job in marketing and sales for United Van Lines.   Not only was this position fun, but so challenging and rewarding.  Along with networking, customer service and marketing this made for a very interesting job!  Unfortunately, the business here in Michigan was sold.

Life is not all work! My husband and I kayak, we live on the St Joseph River in Niles, Michigan.  However, our kayaking has not been limited to this area.  We were challenged when kayaking on the Snake River in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!  We love to dance.  I read alot, mostly Joyce Meyer books and reference books regarding nutrition. I love zip lining and listening to music by Jon Bon Jovi, Wyonna Judd, Travis Tritt and Tom Jones!  But the thing I love the most is fishing.  Just give me a pole, a good book and I am good to go!

You have just read about my life.  It took me alot of years to know that getting those "little things" out of the way, allows you to EASE YOUR MIND.

I care alot about the Homeless people.  They are my cause in life.   I promote helping them any chance I get.  "Let each one of us make it a practice to please his neighbor for his good and for his true welfare, to edify him, to strengthen him and build him up spiritually."  Romans 15:2
